An ultra-luxury hospitality brand is seeking a highly polished Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions across a multi-outlet operation serving a high-profile clientele. This is a true one-person HR role, requiring 10+ years of experience and a professional who can operate both strategically and hands-on. You will oversee payroll, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training, while ensuring the business is protected, compliant, and operating at the highest level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle across multiple outlets
  • Own payroll, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training and development
  • Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws and maintain audit-ready systems
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, proactively managing risk and protecting the business


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Proven ability to run HR as a standalone function
  • Deep expertise in compliance, labor law, and risk management
  • Strong employee relations experience with sound judgment and discretion
