This is a true one-person HR role, requiring 10+ years of experience and a professional who can operate both strategically and hands-on. You will oversee payroll, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training, while ensuring the business is protected, compliant, and operating at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle across multiple outlets
- Own payroll, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training and development
- Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws and maintain audit-ready systems
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, proactively managing risk and protecting the business
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Proven ability to run HR as a standalone function
- Deep expertise in compliance, labor law, and risk management
